The staff were absolutely exceptional. I believe it was Brad who greeted us, he was extremely accommodating when we were on a particularly tight schedule that didn’t fit exactly around the checking in and out times. There are not words to describe how genuine and lovely he was and is truly a fantastic asset to the team at The Ship. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. In a very good location, a short walk away from the tube and directly by bus stops. We had an excellent stay and would definitely book again on the rare occasion we visit London. Again, the staff here are incredible and even offered us a bag drop, and took our bags to our room when check in was available. Phenomenal.

Warm welcome, friendly staff. Lovely, spacious room. A minor problem with the bath tub was resolved immediately. The pub is really nice and serves fabulous home-made pizzas! The pub doesn't offer breakfast, but staff can advise nearby cafés, AND there's coffee and tea in the room for those who prefer to have a quick bite in the morning before heading out. Various buses stop almost in front of the pub to take you to anywhere you want in London (N3, 59, 159 being the most important ones, taking you to Victoria, Aldwych and Westminter directly) and there are 2 tube stations 10-15' walking distance from the pub.

The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Great location, very nice and friendly staff. The hotel provided us with towels. Bathroom was well equiped with soap, shower gel, shampoo/hair conditioner and body lotion. In the room, there was coffee machine, kettel, hair dryer, fan, flat screen TV, jar of sweets and tea/coffee. As a guest, we got 10% discount at the pub (delicious pizza & beer & sport events on big screen). Across the street, there is a bus stop. Less than 10 min away, there is an underground station. Totally recommend!

The property is in a nice, quiet part of the city but still close enough to walk to big attractions like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the Imperial War Museum. Bus and Tube stops are only a short walk away too. The pub below is a nice spot for dinner (they specialize in pizza) and is lively, but not rowdy. there are plenty of other options nearby as well. Special shoutout to Kennington Coffee Shop next door for a great breakfast option—the owner Andrew is super friendly and the regulars are always open for a conversation!

Large Room with lovely decor. The bed was very comfortable, shower with great water pressure. I really appreciated the little tea and sweets corner. Although the accommodation is located south of the Thames, access to public transport via bus is available almost right in front of the building while the tube stations are a short walk (10 minutes max.) away. I would definitely return when visiting London again. The pub below the accommodations is also a great place to spend an evening.
