Location was brilliant. We arrived at Euston station and was able to get the underground to the hotel, was a small walk from underground to hotel. We arrived early but the hotel is connected to a cute little pub so we sat in the garden area and enjoyed a few drinks while we waited for our room to be ready. (We was offered to have our bags stored if we wanted to go and come back abit later) however the staff were so lovely and welcoming when we arrived and the sun was shining we decided to stay and wait. We also got discount on our drinks as we were staying there 🙌 the staff made a great aperol spritz !! Once we checked in we was in room 4. There are some stairs to the rooms so just bare that in mind, for us it was no issue. The room was beautifully decorated. The main room had a large bed which was extremely comfy, a fan, tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge, TV, hangers for our clothes & a clothes rail and plenty of fresh towels. Also had a hair dryer in our room. The bathroom was very clean !! Shower was lovely and had toiletries for us to use. Plenty of toilet roll and a sink. Outside our room was a big fridge, this had big bottles of water and milk for us to use during our stay. This was such a lovely thing to do as it wasn't expected but really made a difference during our stay. There was also an iron we could use. We only stayed 1 night however we would definitely stay again and would be happy to do multiple nights at this property. The bed was very comfy. Check out was 11am. *159 bus straight from outside took us into London centre and was a lovely route to see lots of sights. Just tap on with a card and leave at whatever station you need.

Was welcomed by friendly staff on arrival in the pub downstairs and shown how to get to our room and access out of hours. The room was lovely and spacious (a lot bigger than we were expecting!) and beautifully decorated. We spent a good five minutes commenting on how lovely the decor was! The bed was big and really comfy and we got a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and plenty of room for changing and unwinding after a long day walking around London. The location made it a good spot to hop back and forth from the West End. We booked quite last minute so the price was really competitive too and would definitely stay here again next time we need somewhere to stop off overnight!

We had an amazing stay at The Ship Rooms. The room itself was super roomy, spotless and well stocked (coffee machine, mini fridge and complimentary coffee, tea and sweets). Beautiful bed, super comfy. The pub itself was a lovely little gem, not at all noisy from the room (although we did stay on a weekday) and they offer a 10% discount for overnight guests. Can’t fault the staff - very friendly - and gutted that I can’t remember the lady’s name who greeted us, but she made us feel very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Brilliant public transport access - only took us 15 minutes on the bus to get into central London. Overall you will not regret booking a room here - highly recommend!

Ok location for using public transit, just a bit of a walk from the tube station. The area of the city felt fairly safe to me. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. I checked the bedding for any sign of bedbugs (I always do this, no matter where I stay) and didn't see any. The room was pretty quiet.

The staff were lovely and really helpful. The rooms, although not very central or near a tube station, were in a nice enough area and the room was quiet at night, despite being on a fairly big road.

The location was great, near main attractions in 20-minute walking and 2 underground stations in 10-minute walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really loved the coffee and tea offered inside the room and the common bottles of water and milk.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in room 2. The room was big enough and there were 2 ventilators in our room cos it was really warm when we stayed there. We were very happy with the ventilators. The shower is on the small side but that wasn't really a problem. Everything was clean. The room was above the pub but we didn't hear any noise. Next time we go to London, we would stay there again. The location is good, 10 min walk from Lambeth North subway station. If you prefer walking, you get to Big Ben in 30 min.

The property is in a nice, quiet part of the city but still close enough to walk to big attractions like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the Imperial War Museum. Bus and Tube stops are only a short walk away too. The pub below is a nice spot for dinner (they specialize in pizza) and is lively, but not rowdy. there are plenty of other options nearby as well. Special shoutout to Kennington Coffee Shop next door for a great breakfast option—the owner Andrew is super friendly and the regulars are always open for a conversation!

Great location 15 mins walk from Waterloo Station. We stayed in room 7 so no noise from the pub. We liked that we could open the window as the room was very warm as the heating was on (we stayed November). Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and soft. Lovely pub although we didn’t use it. Good tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk available. Shower had good pressure. Price was very good as access to central London was so easy. Would stay again.

Loved the location- handy for the underground/bus travel in and out of the city centre. Warm, welcoming, friendly staff on arrival. Tasty food served in the evening. My large room had a super comfy bed and plump pillows !! Great coffee/tea making facilities ......and a jar of sweeties in the room !! What more could I want ? Excellent base to explore London - only minutes walk to the Imperial War Museum and so close to the London Eye too.
